Insurance Operations Consultant

Insurance Operations Consultants – Multiple openings – Our client seeks a Insurance Operations Consultants to join their team.

This is a long term temporary opportunity. You will earn a starting salary up to $21 per hour, based on your experience. You will work on-site Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Some of your responsibilities as Insurance Operations Consultant will include:

• Processing transactions which could include address changes, withdrawals, beneficiary changes and more
• Providing information about company products
• Formulating correspondence with customers verbally and in writing
• Documents all responses
• Being a solution seeker

To qualify for the Insurance Operations Consultant position, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; Military experience will be considered in lieu of formal degree
• 1+ year of customer service experience required
• Effective communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Knowledge of annuity products and annuity contract regulations preferred
