Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Manager to oversee daily insurance operations, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure accurate policy and claims administration. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal departments, support regulatory compliance, manage operational performance, and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Oversee daily insurance operations, including policy administration and claims processing.
• Develop and improve operational procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor service standards, operational performance, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, finance, and customer service teams.
• Manage operational risks and resolve process-related issues.
• Prepare management reports and recommend improvements.
• Diploma or degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in insurance operations or financial services management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of insurance processes, operational controls, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant insurance administration systems.
