Two things you should know up front.

One: you’ll be finished by early afternoon. Every day. No graveyard shift, ever.

Two: this is a processing role and we won’t dress it up. Volume, accuracy, deadlines. If a clean queue and a day with no errors in it gives you quiet satisfaction, keep reading.

What’s different is where it sits. We’re a financial services group standing up our own team in Manila, and this is one of the first roles in it. You’ll be close enough to the business that when you spot a better way to do something, you can say so — and it will actually change.

The work matters more than it looks. Brokers, agents and dealers are waiting on the documents you produce, and a policy processed wrong is a problem that surfaces at claim time, when it’s expensive.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Entering data into our policy system from broker closings and email submissions

• Checking that everything you process matches the terms the sales team quoted — catching the mismatches before they reach a customer

• Making sure brokers, agents and dealers get their policy documents, schedules and information promptly

• Working your assigned tasks and folders through inside the agreed timeframes

• Handling inbound calls as they come

• Feeding back what you see — risk observations, trends, and the process or platform improvements that would make the work better

• Contributing to the team’s targets and the wider business plan

This is you

• Fast and accurate with high volumes of data — 50 words per minute or better, with accuracy that doesn’t slip when the queue is long

• Exceptional attention to detail. You’d rather catch it yourself than have somebody else find it

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with real deadlines

• Strong written and spoken English — you’ll be taking inbound calls as well as processing

• Organised and self-driven. You work your queue without being chased

• Team-oriented and goal-driven — you care whether the team hits its numbers, not just you

• Keen to learn insurance properly rather than just key the fields

• Upbeat, adaptable, and willing to show initiative when something obviously needs doing

• You’re genuinely reliable about the early start. If that doesn’t fit your life, this role will make you miserable — and we’d rather you knew that now

Bonus points for

• Insurance processing, policy administration or underwriting support

• Working with brokers, agents or dealers

• Experience in a policy administration or insurance platform

• Supporting a parent business or client in a different time zone

What we’re offering

• PHP 30,000 – 35,000 per month, depending on experience

• 10% night differential on every hour you work before 6:00 AM, paid on top — as the law requires

• 13th month pay on top of your monthly salary

• HMO coverage after 30 days — not after six months of probation

• 10 days paid leave a year

About the shift — read this bit properly

This is a morning shift with a genuinely early start, and we’d rather you knew now than found out at offer stage.

• Start time is 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM, depending on the time of year

• Eight hours a day, 40 hours a week — so you’re done by early afternoon

• Every hour before 6:00 AM carries the 10% night differential, paid on top of your salary

• You’ll need to sort your own commute at that hour, and we’ve pitched the salary with that in mind. Think honestly about the trip from where you live before you apply
