Job Description

You will assist customers with insurance policies, coverage, claims, billing, and account concerns while providing accurate and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Assist with policies, coverage, claims, and billing concerns
• Explain insurance products and benefits clearly
• Process account updates and policy requests
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Follow company and insurance guidelines
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• No BPO or call center experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Basic computer and multitasking skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply

Work Setup & Training

• Onsite in Cebu City
• Shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training from Day 1

Location: Cebu City — Onsite Only

Pay: Php13,934.46 - Php25,205.71 per month
