Location: Makati
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x Onsite 2x WFH)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Admin Support to assist our Brokers in managing quotations, policy renewals, customer coordination, and administrative tasks. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy supporting operational workflows, we’d love to hear from you!

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist Brokers in handling insurance quotations for customer requirements
• Ensure all insurance quotations are accurate and received by Brokers on time
• Prepare required reports for the Brokers
• Plan and manage paperwork
• Draw up quotations
• Notify customers of their policy renewals
• Handle invoicing to customers
• Perform any additional tasks required by the Broker

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in data entry, record keeping, or using insurance policy systems is beneficial
• Knowledge of insurance policies, carriers, and processing is an advantage
• Experience coordinating with customers and insurance brokers is preferred

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Customer Service Representative experience is a plus
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and analytical skills; detail-oriented
• Administrative work experience is an advantage
