Role & responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Manage a portfolio of 500+ insurance clients.
• Act as the single point of contact for all policy-related queries.
• Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and annual reviews.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and family insurance records.

Renewals & Customer Service

• Track upcoming renewals and achieve high renewal retention.
• Send premium reminders and coordinate payment collection.
• Issue policy copies, endorsements and policy amendments.
• Resolve servicing requests within defined turnaround times.

Claims Assistance

• Guide clients through health, motor and life claim procedures.
• Coordinate with insurers, TPAs and hospitals for documentation.
• Update clients proactively until claim closure.
• Maintain a claims tracker and escalation log.

Cross-Selling

Identify suitable opportunities for:

• Health Insurance
• Term Life Insurance
• Motor Insurance
• Travel Insurance
• Fire & SME Insurance

Cross-selling should always be based on client needs and compliance requirements.

Operations & MIS

• Update CRM daily with interactions and policy status.
• Maintain renewal, claims and lead MIS.
• Coordinate with operations for policy issuance.
• Ensure complete KYC and documentation.
