Insurance Representative - Remote

About the Role

Help individuals and families review insurance options and make informed coverage decisions. You'll speak with people who have requested information, learn about their needs, explain available options, and assist with the application process.

The position also includes ongoing support for existing policyholders, including coverage updates, beneficiary changes, billing questions, and other account needs. It's a combination of new client conversations and relationship management, with most of your time focused on helping prospective clients find appropriate coverage.

Monday through Friday during business hours. Earnings are performance-based and reflect new client activity and ongoing accounts.

What You'll Do

• Contact individuals who have requested information about insurance coverage
• Discuss their needs and explain available coverage options
• Follow up with interested individuals and coordinate next steps
• Prepare quotes and assist clients with selecting appropriate coverage
• Complete applications and help move them through the underwriting process
• Assist existing policyholders with coverage changes, beneficiary updates, and account questions
• Keep client information and activity organized in the company CRM
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients

Pay: $72,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
