We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
• Drive Growth: Generate new business leads through networking, community involvement, and following up on company-provided leads.
• Advise & Educate: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and present customized solutions (Property, Casualty, Life, and/or Health insurance).
• Provide Stellar Service: Assist clients with policy renewals, coverage updates, and claims navigation, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Sales Mindset: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a relationship management role (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
• Great Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Self-Starter: A resilient, goal-oriented individual with excellent time-management skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software and digital quote tools.
