Insurance Sales Agent

Turner Insurance Group (Kenneth Turner Allstate Agency) is hiring 5 full-time Insurance Sales Agents for our office in Florence, KY, about 20 minutes from Cincinnati. No license? No problem to apply. You don't need a license to interview. We'll help you get your license and reimburse the cost. Your license just needs to be in place before your start date. No insurance background? That's OK. We want coachable people who want to learn sales and earn more as they grow. Pay & Benefits - Base salary: $28,000–$33,600+ per year - Raises tied to how quickly you start producing - Plus commission and bonuses - Paid time off (PTO) - Paid training - Licensing help + license cost reimbursed What you'll do - Call warm leads from our CRM (80+ calls a day) - Quote and sell home and auto insurance - Follow up and close new policies - Network in the community to build your own referrals Who we're looking for - Coachable, eager to learn, and driven to hit goals - Comfortable on the phone all day - A steady work history.
