Calculated Hire is hiring motivated individuals for our Insurance Sales Associate Paid Licensing Program . This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to start a career in insurance and financial services.

No insurance license? No problem.

You'll be paid while completing your Life & Health Insurance licensing training, with all licensing costs covered by the program. After obtaining your license, you'll transition into a customer-facing sales role supporting one of the nation's leading Fortune 500 financial services organizations.

What You'll Do

Once licensed, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from marketing campaigns, referrals, and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions through consultative conversations.
• Educate customers on insurance and financial products.
• Build trust and rapport while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Recommend products and services that align with customer goals.
• Complete applications and maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow established sales processes, compliance regulations, and quality standards.
• Meet performance metrics in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Support additional customer service and sales initiatives as needed.

Expected call volume averages 40-60 customer interactions per day .
