We are hiring Insurance Sales Executives for a full-time, work-from-office opportunity in BTM Layout, Bangalore. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Explain insurance products, features, and benefits clearly.
• Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Build positive customer relationships and address queries professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in telesales, insurance sales, or direct sales is preferred.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month.
• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month.
• Indicative Salary Range: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month.
