As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will help California residents by recommending the right Property and Casualty insurance solutions. You'll work with warm leads, follow up with prospects, and build long-term customer relationships while receiving hands-on training and ongoing professional development. Responsibilities

• Sell Property and Casualty insurance policies
• Call prospective customers and present coverage options
• Quote policies and close new business
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Comply with Allstate and California insurance requirements
