At Justina Tozzi Agency, Inc., you’ll join an established Allstate agency with 18 years of experience and a clear expectation that great sales come from discipline, communication, and follow-through.

As our Insurance Sales Rep, your day will center on prospecting, working leads, making outbound calls, quoting personal insurance, and consistently following up until the opportunity is closed. You’ll also meet with prospects by phone, virtually, or in person, build referral relationships, and get involved in networking and community opportunities. This is a true sales seat, so you’ll need to be comfortable working from your desk, staying focused, and meeting monthly sales minimums.

The agency places a strong emphasis on culture, dependability, coaching, and direct communication. You’ll have warm leads, hands-on training, licensing assistance, and the opportunity to work in a hybrid remote setup (90-day probationary period) while building your own results.

First-year earnings include base salary and commissions of around $70,000-$90,000, with bonus opportunities. You’ll also receive PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid holidays, and weekends off.

Requirements

• Required insurance license.
• Confident communicator who builds rapport and overcomes objections.
• Great at being on the phone all day
• Willingness to self-educate, learn insurance products, and find answers..
• Ability to become life insurance licensed.
• A commercial insurance license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through calls, referrals, and networking.
• Meet with prospects by phone, virtually, and in person.
• Quote and sell personal insurance products.
• Follow up on leads and open quotes consistently.
• Build referral relationships with local business partners.
• Participate in networking and community events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up tasks.
