What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
• Quote, sell, and service insurance policies
• Process payments, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
• Assist with marketing and community outreach activities
• Support daily office operations
• Achieve individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation (this position will require you travel to different locations)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check required for licensing
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance License
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Weekends, holidays, and overtime are required

We now have 31 locations under the same ownership from McFarland, through Fresno, and all the way down to Los Banos. We recently expanded in Texas and opened 5 stores in the Fort Worth area. All of our Fiesta Auto Insurance offices also offer income tax preparation services. Our team of professionals are trained to help clients get them the refund they deserve.
