Insurance Sales Representative

Mfelang Holdings is looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Consultants to promote and sell insurance products directly to customers in the field. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, explaining product benefits, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face engagement.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about helping customers find suitable insurance solutions.

• Promote and sell the company's insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Educate customers on available insurance products and benefits.
• Assist customers with completing application forms and required documentation.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend sales meetings, product training, and team briefings as required.

Pay: R2 000,00 - R4 000,00 per week
