Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of Michigan.

Previous experience in a sales role or client-facing capacity.

Comfort and confidence when speaking with new people over the phone.

Previous experience working with insurance software or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present insurance quotes that reflect individual client requirements.

Maintain accurate client files and documentation to ensure top-tier service standards.

Follow up with prospects and existing clients to provide ongoing support and address any coverage gaps.
