Insurance Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking an individual to join our insurance agency in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and have excellent customer service skills. As an Insurance Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to achieve agency growth, retention and sales goals.

We offer a base hourly pay + Commission

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing policyholders
• Administer insurance policies, including processing policy changes and quotes
• Educate clients on various insurance options to meet their needs

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
