INSURANCE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Cebu City | Onsite | Up to ₱26,000/month | Full-time | No BPO Experience Required

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for an Insurance Account in Cebu City.

No BPO or insurance experience is required. Paid training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance policy and coverage inquiries
• Answer questions about benefits and available services
• Handle claims and billing-related concerns
• Process account and policy updates
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Document customer interactions and requests
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Follow company policies and account procedures
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service standards

Qualifications

• High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate (College graduate preferred)
• No BPO or call center experience required
• No insurance experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
• Career shifters are encouraged to apply
• Good English communication skills
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to multitask and learn new systems
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
