Insurance Services Representative

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance team. This role requires strong service skills, professionalism, and the ability to assist clients effectively—especially in the New York Automobile Insurance Plan (NYAIP). We’re looking for experts who take pride in doing the right thing and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and policy requests in a professional, timely manner.
• Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Accurately perform data entry and maintain organized records.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills in every interaction.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and team members.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products and services when appropriate.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend the most suitable insurance solutions.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in insurance or a related field (required).
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data entry, computer systems, and office software.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to grow in the insurance industry.
