A bit about us: National law firm specializing in subrogation and recovery for the worldwide insurance and self-insured markets in every state in the U.S. as well as other countries like Canada, Israel, and Argentina.

Since our firm specializes in insurance subrogation (plaintiff work) and a lot of the work we do is pre-litigation, this is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants more control of their schedule.

Job Details We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team in our Westwood office! The ideal hire will have at least 4 years of consistent civil litigation experience and must be admitted to practice law in California.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary handling attorney on your cases within a supportive and team-oriented environment.
• Handle court appearances, written discovery, depositions, mediations, and pre-trial preparation.
• Participate in trials.
• Provide timely updates and reports to clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active admission to the California state bar
• JD from an accredited law school
