Insurance Support Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client insurance accounts using CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and client services to support account onboarding, renewals, and ongoing client engagement
• Assist in order processing and documentation using various order management tools to facilitate smooth transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering tailored solutions
• Support sales initiatives by tracking leads, updating opportunity pipelines, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for relationship management and client retention
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in customer accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within a customer service or client support environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM system (including Salesforce Cloud) and familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, account management, and customer relationship management best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise across departments and with clients
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes
• Analytical skills to interpret data for strategic insights and decision-making in financial services or related industries
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing internal communication effectively

Pay: $25.48 - $30.68 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
