Core Qualifications & Expertise

• Insurance Operations: Strong expertise in core insurance operations, including policy administration, underwriting, claims management, billing, and renewals.
• Insurance Systems: Hands-on experience with insurance platforms, core system implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Business Process Transformation: Expertise in process re-engineering, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
• Functional Consulting: Ability to assess existing systems, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and provide functional guidance.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with business teams, IT stakeholders, and vendors to deliver insurance transformation initiatives.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in insurance system implementation, integration, and core operations across the insurance sector.
