Job Description Team Leader | Insurance Sales

Location: Gurgaon

Industry: BPO / Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Insurance Sales team to achieve business targets.

• Drive sales, conversion, revenue and productivity targets.

• Monitor key metrics including AHT, Conversion, Revenue, Productivity, Attrition, Shrinkage & CSAT.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching and feedback sessions.

• Monitor sales calls and ensure adherence to process and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

• Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales.

• Analyze team performance and implement corrective action plans.

• Coordinate with Quality, Training and WFM teams to improve performance.

• Drive team engagement and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Insurance Sales BPO

On-paper experience mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Insurance Sales & Outbound Calling.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication and people-management skills.

• Strong knowledge of sales metrics and performance management.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• 6 days working
