Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bilingual (Spanish)

Strong comfort level with telephone-based communication.

Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout the day.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with contact management systems.

Prior experience in customer service or outbound calling is helpful but not mandatory.

Residency within commuting distance of Horizon City, Texas.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to introduce prospective clients to our agency's insurance offerings.

Identify the unique needs of potential customers and explain how our coverage options provide peace of mind.

Schedule follow-up appointments and consultations for our licensed agents.

Maintain accurate and organized records of all outreach efforts in our internal database.

Collaborate with the rest of the agency to refine messaging and reach our collective goals.

Provide clear, helpful information to everyone you speak with, ensuring a pleasant first impression of our brand.
