Insurance-Underwriting Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze submission documents received from the Brokers.

• Identify and extract key data points including loss runs, exposure details, and coverage information.

• Input relevant data into Rating tools and templates to generate premium.

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness before submission to underwriters.

• Collaborate closely with underwritersand the broader Rating team to clarify missing or inconsistent information.

• Maintain trackers and logs of completed analyses to support performance metrics and audits.

• Support process improvement initiatives and share ideas to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate /Postgraduate degree.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) line of business – preferably in underwriting supportor rating.

• Strong working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with insurance tools or rating platforms.

• Good understanding of insurance terminology, coverage structures, and submission components.

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
