As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for building, leading, and developing a team of financial professionals while growing your own business in the insurance and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop financial professionals.
• Build and manage a productive and motivated team.
• Lead team activities and monitor team performance.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales and business goals.
• Support team members in client acquisition and business development.
• Identify opportunities for team and business growth.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance.
• Build and maintain professional networks and client relationships.
• Participate in leadership and professional development programs.
• Develop and manage your own insurance and financial services business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, management, business development, recruitment, or leadership is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to undergo training and continuous professional development.
