We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Verifier to join our growing practice and ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

What You'll Do

As an Insurance Verifier, you’ll play a key role in our office operations, helping patients navigate their insurance benefits and ensuring accurate billing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Verifying insurance coverage and benefits for new and existing patients.
• Communicating with insurance companies to confirm eligibility and resolve discrepancies.
• Accurately entering and updating patient insurance information in our system.
• Assisting the billing team with claims submissions and follow-ups.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries related to insurance.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth office operations and patient satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in insurance verification or a related role.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key when dealing with patient information and insurance documentation.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, team members, and insurance providers.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy office environment.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and medical billing systems is a plus.
