Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

Book in deliveries, manage intake sheets, pallet ID labels and stock control

Take delivery bookings

Organise waste collections

Send weight returns and tray weights to suppliers

Provide intake summaries to the accounts department

Liaise with factory supervisors and Technical teams on shortages or quality issues

Order products to maintain consistent supply to customers

Intake Duties:

Complete QA reports for all deliveries and report any issues

Manage stock rotation, including handling non-standard deliveries where appropriate

Communicate issues clearly to relevant teams

Carry out basic quality checks in line with intake procedures

Weigh, book in and label pallets

Move stock to designated fridge areas

Rotate stock in line with FIFO (unless advised otherwise)

Working Pattern & Benefits

12-hour shifts

25 days holiday

Pay: From £13.21 per hour
