Now Hiring: Full-Time Intake & Refill Coordinator

Good Hope Medical Supply is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Intake & Refill Coordinator to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Primary responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients, caregivers, medical offices, and insurance representatives.
• Contact clients each month to confirm refill needs.
• Process new referrals and supply orders.
• Request and track missing prescriptions, medical records, prior authorizations, and other required documentation.
• Verify client and insurance information.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with delivery and inventory staff.
• Maintain accurate notes, call logs, and order-status records.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and company procedures.
• Follow up on incomplete orders until they are ready for delivery and billing.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a medical office, DME company, pharmacy, home healthcare, insurance, or customer-service setting.
• Strong telephone and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable using computers, electronic records, email, and online payer portals.
• Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines accurately.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, prior authorizations, prescriptions, or DME documentation is preferred but not required.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work well with a small team.

This is a full-time position. Training will be provided on Good Hope’s procedures and systems.
