Intake Assistant

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Intake Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Patient welfare and possess strong administrative skills to support the intake process effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the intake process of each patient, including documentation and data entry

• Provide administrative support for medical procedures and treatments

• Maintain accurate records of patient intake, medical history, and treatments

• Coordinate with staff for necessary medical care

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Experience:**

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical setting

• Familiarity with medical scheduling software such as Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint

• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

• Experience in authorazation for patients and Eligibility

• Experience with phone systems and handling inquiries professionally

• Understanding of protocols and procedures

• Experience in a similar healthcare environment is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
