Schedule: Full-Time (M-F 8 - 4:30)

About Solero Behavioral Transitions

Solero Behavioral Transitions offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Assessment and Referral Department.
• Manage and maintain accurate admission documentation, consent forms, and intake records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Inventory, document, and secure patient belongings during the admission process.
• Receive and professionally handle incoming referral and inquiry calls from potential clients, families, and referral sources.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and external referral partners.
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to facilitate timely admissions and assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 yrs or older
• Preferred STNA, MHT, BHT,
