·         Confidence supporting people who may be distressed, vulnerable, or seeking support.

·         Strong technical capability, with the ability to work across multiple systems, tools, and information sources.

·         Clear, professional, and compassionate written and verbal communication skills

·         A warm, respectful, and calm telephone manner,

·         Cultural awareness and experience engaging with Māori, Pasifika, and people from diverse communities.

·         A positive, practical, and collaborative approach, with the ability to stay organised and effective under pressure.

·         A genuine connection with Vitae’s values and our vision of partnering with people to realise their potential and build healthy relationships at work, at home, and in communities across Aotearoa.
