What You'll Do

• Answer high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Provide professional and compassionate experience to potential clients.
• Follow a proven sales script to qualify leads and guide them through the intake process.
• Accurately complete electronic intake forms.
• Obtain signatures on required legal documents (your “close”).
• Track follow-ups and manage your lead pipeline.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (phone-based preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Haitian Creole (required).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Comfortable talking on the phone for most of the day.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
• Able to work weekends as needed.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
