Intake Coordinator (Remote)

We’re Hiring: Surrogate Intake Coordinator

Part-Time | Remote | Starting at 20 Hours per Week

Wonder Surrogacy California is looking for a warm, proactive, and organized Intake Coordinator to guide prospective surrogates from their first inquiry through the application and initial screening process.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly contact new leads by phone, text, and email.
• Conduct intake consultations, explain the process, and address questions and concerns.
• Review applications and coordinate required documents.
• Consistently follow up and help qualified candidates become ready for matching.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and work toward monthly conversion goals.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, builds trust, and actively finds ways to improve results. Experience in intake, recruiting, admissions, or consultative sales is strongly preferred. Surrogacy or fertility experience is a plus.

Strong English communication skills and a consistent weekly schedule are required, with occasional evening or weekend consultations. Spanish is a plus, not required.
