Job Description:

• Receive inbound calls from callers who have been injured either by a pharmaceutical drug, medical device, auto accident, etc.
• Gathering of information from the potential client regarding Injuries: dates, locations, medical treatment, insurance information, and other details depending on the type of call.
• Qualifying potential clients based on region and local requirements that are predetermined.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a timely manner
• Making outbound calls
• Mailing, scanning, faxing, etc.
• Heavy data entry
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior Call Center experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, think on your feet, high inbound calls, and at times stressful environment
• Ability to work Phones, CRM Software, other programs simultaneously
• Near perfect punctuality and attendance required
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
• Must be office-professional and customer service experienced
• Pass Drug Test and Background Check

Education:

• Some college experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
