Are you an experienced Legal Intake Specialist looking to grow your career with a high-performing U.S. law firm? We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people through important moments in their legal journey.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive client experience while gathering essential case information and supporting attorneys through the intake process.

What You'll Do

✅ Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients

✅ Gather, assess, and document case information accurately in real time

✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

✅ Perform preliminary case-related research

✅ Schedule consultations and coordinate with attorneys

✅ Maintain accurate records in CRM and legal case management systems

✅ Ensure a seamless and positive client experience throughout the intake process

Must-Have Qualifications

✔ At least 6 months of legal intake experience with a law firm or legal services provider

✔ Experience supporting U.S.-based clients

✔ Strong experience conducting legal intake interviews

✔ Ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls

✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

✔ Strong multitasking and documentation abilities

✔ Experience using CRM and/or legal case management software

✔ Hands-on experience with LeadDocket

✔ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

✔ Ability to discuss sensitive legal matters with empathy and professionalism
