Intake Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Intake Supervisor is responsible for supervising raw material intake, unloading, stock monitoring, material issuance to production, and maintaining accurate stock records. The role ensures smooth coordination between stores, production, and labor teams for efficient material handling and cutting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor unloading of raw materials and update stock cards regularly.
• Ensure required raw materials are issued to production and cutting sections on time.
• Verify manual item weighing and monitor accuracy.
• Update daily consumption details of raw materials in stock records.
• Maintain stock reports and monitor availability of all raw materials.
• Arrange proper space allocation for raw material unloading and storage.
• Coordinate audits related to raw materials and stock management.
• Prevent empty bin situations by ensuring continuous material availability.
• Coordinate labor allocation for timely raw material cutting and handling activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety in intake and storage areas.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Qualification:

• Any Degree / Diploma
• Experience in stores, warehouse, or production intake supervision preferred

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
