Intake Technician

POSITION SUMMARY

The Intake Technician is responsible for accurately receiving, documenting, and organizing incoming engines and transmissions at Rev6 Powersports. This role serves as the first checkpoint in the prep process, ensuring every unit is properly logged, photographed, and staged for the next stage of production. Attention to detail and organization are critical to keeping the shop running efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive incoming engines and transmissions, verifying units against shipping/receiving documentation
• Take clear, well-lit photos of each engine and transmission upon intake
• Enter unit information and photos into Asana promptly and accurately, following established naming/tagging conventions
• Sort incoming units by type, model, and condition
• Stage units in designated areas for downstream processing
• Put away engines and transmissions in their proper storage locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe intake/staging area
• Flag any discrepancies, damage, or missing information

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Asana or similar project management tools a plus
• Ability to identify and differentiate engine/transmission types (or willingness to learn)
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet camera for documentation
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift and move engines/transmissions (with equipment as needed)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, bending, and moving throughout a shift
• Comfortable working in a shop/warehouse environment

SCHEDULE

Full-time and on-site. Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Mountain Time.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
