Intake Training & Development Manager

TrueCare Marketing is hiring an Intake Training & Development Manager to own the training, development, and performance improvement of our intake team.

This is not a role for someone who simply delivers training materials.

We need an operator who can take a new hire, develop them into a strong intake representative, identify why existing reps are underperforming, and build the training systems needed to continuously improve the team.

You will have direct ownership over how our intake representatives are trained, coached, developed, and prepared to perform.

What You’ll Own

* New-hire intake training and onboarding

* Rep ramp-up and readiness

* Call coaching and live roleplays

* Weekly rep development and coaching

* Identifying individual and team performance gaps

* Creating targeted training to correct those gaps

* Developing and maintaining training materials, scripts, call examples, and exercises

* Evaluating call quality and identifying coaching opportunities

* Tracking whether training actually improves performance

* Working with intake leadership to address recurring performance issues

* Continuously improving our training and development system as the team grows

What We’re Looking For

You should be someone who:

* Takes full ownership without needing constant direction

* Is comfortable holding people accountable

* Can coach different personalities and skill levels

* Understands how to diagnose why a rep is struggling

* Uses call reviews, roleplays, data, and observation to improve performance

* Can build systems instead of relying on one-off training

* Communicates clearly and directly

* Moves quickly while maintaining high standards

* Is organized and consistent with follow-through

Preferred Experience

Strong experience in one or more of the following:

* Personal injury or legal intake

* Call center training or management

* Intake or sales team development

* High-volume phone sales

* Sales coaching

* Learning & development in a performance-driven environment

Personal injury intake experience is strongly preferred.

How Success Will Be Measured

Success in this role is not measured by how many training sessions you conduct.

It is measured by whether our representatives get better.

We will look at:

* New-hire readiness and ramp-up

* Rep performance after training

* Call quality

* Coaching effectiveness

* Improvement of underperforming reps

* Consistency of training across the team

* Quality and effectiveness of the training system you build

Who This Role Is For

This role is for someone who sees a weak call and wants to understand why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again.

Someone who can recognize a performance problem, build the solution, coach the rep, and measure whether it worked.
