Integrated Care Program Manager - CSSBB required

For our client, we are seeking a Integrated Care Program Manager - CSSBB required to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will oversee the successful delivery of integrated care programs with a strong focus on coordination, execution, and measurable outcomes. The manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to refine program design, align resources, and keep complex initiatives on track. Success in this position will require strong communication, disciplined program management, and the ability to report performance, budgets, and milestones to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program leadership and operational rigor to support compliance requirements and delivery against critical program goals. This role is well-suited for someone who can translate strategy into action, drive stakeholder alignment, and manage multiple moving parts in a highly collaborative environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 – $197,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of integrated care programs
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and milestone deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders on resource assignment and program design refinement
• Drive communication between cross-functional teams and conduct stakeholder meetings
• Track and report program metrics, KPIs, and budgets to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• Three years of program management experience required
• Experience managing a project with up to $10M+ budget
• Deep understanding of project management processes and tools, ideally Agile
