Integrated Management System Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain document control for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related, including revision, approval, distribution, archival and master document register
• Manage equipment calibration
• Manage awareness program of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Conduct and track management reviews, quality objectives, KPIs, risk & opportunity registers, interested parties, SWOT analysis, corrective actions and external audits (management system recertification & surveillance audits, product certification audits, customer audits, etc.)
• Plan and conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; issue findings and verify corrective actions
• Design, upkeep and control Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), product specifications and related technical documentation (datasheet booklet, brochures, etc.)
• Support customer and regulatory documentation requests
• Drive continual improvement and document standardization
• Any other relevant task to the IMS
• Supports future expansion into ISO 17025

Must-Have

• Diploma or Degree in science related disciplines
• Attention to detail
• Strong documentation and organization
• Good time management
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work independently under operational pressure
• Ability to coordinate across departments
• Analytical and problem solving

Good to Have

• 2-3 years of manufacturing or industrial experience

• Understanding or involvement in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

• Audit experience
