Integrated Management System (IMS) Engineer

Summary

Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System while ensuring compliance with international standards, successful audit management, and organizational performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards plus potential new ISO standards

• Manage, update, and control management system documentation by ZAsync to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including certification, customer, and regulatory audits including UL, VDE, CQC, ensuring effective execution and timely closure of findings.

• Support audit-related administration, including quotations, PR/PO processing, and coordination with certification bodies and external stakeholders..

• Monitor regulatory, customer, and industry requirements and drive necessary improvements to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

• Work collaboratively with the HSE Department to ensure effective integration, compliance, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety management systems within the IMS framework.

• Support management reviews by preparing reports, compliance updates, KPI analyses, and recommendations for system improvements.

• Act as the primary contact for IMS-related matters, providing guidance and support to departments on management system requirements and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or any related)

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Integrated Management Systems (IMS), or related quality functions within the automotive, electrical, electronics, or mechanical manufacturing industry

• Strong knowledge of and certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management  systems. Knowledge of VDA 6.3 is an advantage.

• Strong leadership skills with a systematic and process-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Very strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Internal Auditor, including planning, conducting, and reporting audit activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, and digital management systems is preferred.

• Experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) within a manufacturing environment.
