Integrated Management System Manager

Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra.

Designation: Assistant /Deputy Manager

Department: Quality (Integrated Management)

Formal education & Experience: DME / BE - Mechanical with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience

Role & responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain system requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and MbK Review and update procedures/QNs, conduct internal process audits, Management reviews. Handle system certification, surveillance and customer approval audits.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations by coordinating and follow up with internal departments suppliers. review and validate closure action plans, measure & monitoring effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Handle customer claims, perform root cause analysis of received claims with concern department, determine appropriate measures to reduce customer claims. Review and validate actions/measures taken to reduce customer claims. Closure of Customer claims ( X1 Notifications)
• Reduce failure cost ( CONC) due to customer complaints arising out of short / wrong supply, rework and warranty through analysis of non-conformities and taking improvement actions.
• Idea management/ CIP, Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure in-house manufacturing processes as per standard are adhered to and improved. Process improvement in assembly shop through in process audits, sub assembly inspection, product assembly audits take improvement action on observations and follow up audits. Careful inspection, packing of export pumps / spare orders before dispatch.
• Review and approval of pump QCP, review and study customer specifications, attend kick off meeting to understand and confirm project quality requirements, check compliance of quality requirements with operation/purchase and suppliers. Coordinate with CM/MRP/purchase to communicate revised quality requirements.
• Review and approval of NDT/Welding procedures, resolve comments with help of concern departments/suppliers
• Communicate open notification(X1/X2/X3) status to concern department and ensure closure of notifications with action plan.
• Supplier & sub-vendor audits and approval.
• Handle customer/TPI stage & final inspections, ensure pump dossier compliance with pump QCP requirements.
• Prepare monthly quality reports

FUnctional Sills:

• Implement and maintain robust knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001), EMS (ISO 14001), and OHSAS (ISO 45001) standards.
• Apply advanced problem-solving techniques, Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies.
• Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Casting, Forgings, Fabrication, Machining, Grinding, Painting, and Assembly processes. Sound knowledge of material standards/codes like ASME/ASTM, API codes.
• Knowledge of NDT methods and technique, SAP
