Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Executive who will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations, and communication initiatives. The role works closely with internal teams, agencies, influencers, and business partners to strengthen brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and ensure consistent brand execution across multiple channels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs
• Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and partner organizations
• Manage influencer identification, database updates, and campaign performance tracking
• Support planning, execution, and publicity of events and activations
• Prepare post-event evaluations and reports with the IMC Head
• Provide support to Trade Marketing and Sales for in-store and account activities
• Contribute to content creation across digital, social, and broadcast channels
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend opportunities
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, activations, or events
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
