Integration and Testing Engineer

1. Support the integration of UAV subsystems, including avionics, sensors, payloads, communication, and power systems.
2. Conduct functional, integration, and system-level testing activities.
3. Execute test procedures and document test results accurately.
4. Assist in ground testing, field testing, and validation activities.
5. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system integration issues.
6. Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
7. Collaborate with R&D, electronics, software, and mechanical engineering teams.
8. Prepare technical reports, test records, and engineering documentation.
9. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and testing standards.
10. Support prototype development, verification, and product improvement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. 2-4 years of experience in integration and testing activities.
3. Previous UAV experience is mandatory.
4. Hands-on experience with system integration, validation, and troubleshooting.
5. Knowledge of embedded systems, sensors, communication systems, and avionics.
6. Familiarity with test equipment and measurement tools.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
9. Good communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
10. Candidates currently based in the UAE or working in the UAE are preferred.
