Are you an Integration Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems while working closely with customers?

I’m supporting an international B2B AI powered SaaS company that provides an enterprise customer, employee, partner experience and feedback management platform. Its technology helps organisations collect feedback across digital and physical touchpoints, connect this information with their wider technology stack, analyse customer sentiment and turn insight into action.

They are now looking for an Integration Engineer to take ownership of customer integrations, technical onboarding and ongoing platform support.

The role

You will work closely with Customer Success Managers, technical colleagues and enterprise customers to ensure integrations are delivered successfully and technical issues are resolved efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer integration requirements throughout the onboarding process
• Configuring and supporting channel, LDAP and workflow integrations
• Conducting integration testing and analysing system logs
• Investigating technical issues and identifying their root cause
• Recognising potential integration errors before they affect the wider customer experience
• Producing clear and detailed JIRA tickets, including the issue, affected domain, likely cause and recommended solution
• Joining customer meetings when technical guidance or troubleshooting support is required
• Supporting customers operating across cloud and on-premises environments
• Keeping Customer Success leadership informed of progress, risks and delivery effort
• Maintaining clear technical documentation throughout each implementation

What we’re looking for

You will ideally have:

• Experience in an Integration Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role
• Previous exposure to B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and integration testing
• Experience working with LDAP, enterprise workflows or comparable integration technologies
• The ability to translate technical issues into clear language for customers and non-technical colleagues
• Experience documenting and managing technical issues through JIRA
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A structured, proactive and customer-focused approach
• The confidence to work independently within a distributed international team
