Integration Engineer - Talent Technology Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Integration Engineer - Talent Technology Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $270,000 – $410,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration architecture between Workday and the Talent ecosystem
• Lead design and implementation of integrations across multiple systems
• Define metrics for observability and reliability, monitoring key performance indicators
• Be the technical lead for vendor engagements, ensuring design integrity and quality
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and foster integration knowledge within the team

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations in production environments
• Deep expertise in integration architecture, including Workday-native tools and middleware platforms
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Solid grasp of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and authentication mechanisms like OAuth and SAML
• Strong understanding of HR/Talent business processes and data workflows
