Aufgaben

• Requirements Engineering and Documentation: Gather, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Assess current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization, developing solutions to streamline operations.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams, supporting the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct systems analytics, create financial models, perform variance analysis, and develop reports/dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with proposed solutions and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Analysis & Interpretation: Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and identify trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide ongoing reports and actionable insights.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports and create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations (using tools like Tableau/Power BI) to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with management and other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
• Problem Solving: Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights that help businesses make informed decisions, uncover opportunities, and optimize operations.

Qualifikationen

B.Tech, CS or equivalent ; SAP BWonHANA/Fabric
