Job Summary

The Integration Lead is responsible for leading the integration workstream for large-scale insurance platform implementations, overseeing the design, development, testing, and delivery of 50+ system integrations. This role will define integration architecture, interface specifications, API strategies, and implementation standards while coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end integration delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integration strategy, architecture, and delivery across all project phases.
• Lead the implementation of 50+ integrations between the insurance platform and internal/external systems.
• Define interface contracts, API specifications, data mappings, message structures, and integration standards.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Oversee connector, adapter, and interface development activities.
• Coordinate integration planning, development, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, vendor, and client teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Establish integration governance, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor integration risks, dependencies, and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Lead integration testing strategy and end-to-end validation across connected systems.
• Review technical deliverables and ensure quality, performance, and security requirements are met.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to integration developers and technical teams.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Integration Architecture, Enterprise Integration, Middleware, or API Delivery.
• Strong experience delivering integrations for enterprise insurance system implementations.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent integrations across core insurance and enterprise platforms.
• Strong expertise in API-led architecture, REST/SOAP services, JSON, XML, messaging technologies, and middleware platforms.
• Experience defining interface contracts, data mappings, integration standards, and testing approaches.
• Strong understanding of system integration patterns and enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience leading integration teams and coordinating with vendors, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Motor Insurance implementations and ecosystem integrations.
• Experience integrating with policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, customer portals, payment gateways, document management systems, and external insurance partners.
• Experience integrating with government, regulatory, vehicle registration, broker, dealer, repairer, or claims-related systems.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, IBM Integration Bus, Informatica, WSO2, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-native integration and hybrid architecture environments.
