Integration Manager

Job Summary

The Integration Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of technology integrations across business systems, applications, platforms, and external partners. This role ensures that systems communicate reliably, securely, and efficiently while supporting business objectives and delivering a seamless experience for internal and external users.

The Integration Manager works closely with business stakeholders, product teams, software engineers, vendors, and IT teams to define integration requirements, manage delivery, resolve technical issues, and continuously improve integration architecture and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of system integrations.
• Manage integration projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and maintain integration standards, patterns, documentation, and best practices.
• Oversee integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, event-driven architecture, ETL/ELT, file-based interfaces, and other integration technologies.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, technology partners, and service providers involved in integration initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software development, infrastructure, security, data, QA, and business operations.
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance-management practices for critical integrations.
• Identify and resolve integration failures, performance issues, data inconsistencies, and other production incidents.
• Ensure integrations meet security, privacy, compliance, and data-governance requirements.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, resources, and budgets where applicable.
• Develop and maintain integration architecture diagrams, technical specifications, runbooks, and operational documentation.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level objectives (SLOs) for integration services.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, modernize, and optimize existing integrations.
• Support organizational initiatives involving digital transformation, cloud migration, application modernization, and enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration engineers, developers, analysts, and other team members.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
